ONEIDA COUNTY VOTERS: YOUR BALLOT WILL LOOK A LITTLE DIFFERENT THIS YEAR.

Your ballot will have TWO sheets. This is NOT an error.

Both sheets are part of your ballot.

You will notice your ballot for the 2026 General Election looks different this year than it has in the past.

This year’s ballot is two sheets long due to the number of contests to be voted on. Your ballot sheets will be clearly labeled as “Ballot Sheet 1 of 2” and “Ballot Sheet 2 of 2”.

Both sheets together make up your ballot.

You are not required to vote in every contest. The important thing is to review both sheets so you don’t unintentionally miss a contest in which you wanted to vote.

Remember to check both sides of both ballot sheets to be sure you haven’t missed anything.

When voting:

CHECK BOTH – Make sure you receive and review both sheets of your ballot.

VOTE BOTH – Vote your ballot. Make your selections on both sheets in the contests in which you wish to vote. There may be contests on both sides of the sheet. You are NOT required to vote in every contest.

SUBMIT BOTH – When you are finished voting, remember to insert both ballot sheets into the ballot scanner if you are voting in person or into your ballot return envelope if you are voting by mail.
